Ammonia Nh4 Test Kit
Preparation: Rinse the test vial several times with the water sample and then fill it to the 5 ml mark. Wipe the outside of the vial dry.
Solution A: Shake solution A before use. Add 5 drops of solution A into the vial and swirl gently. Leave it for 1 minute.
Powder B: Add 1 spoon of powder B. Swirl gently until the powder dissolves completely.
Solution C: Shake solution C before use. Add 5 drops of solution C into the vial and swirl. Leave it for 7 minutes.
Reading Results: Place the vial on the white area of the colorimetric chart and read the corresponding ammonium value in ppm.
Cleaning: Wash the vial with clean water after every use.
High Salinity/Concentration: If the water has high salinity (>30 ppt) or very high ammonium, dilute the sample with distilled water at a 1:1 ratio before testing. Then, multiply the final result by 2.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place, close tightly after use, and keep out of reach of children.
Precaution: The chemicals are corrosive and may irritate the skin or respiratory system. If contact occurs, rinse with water several times.
